MAST-WEARING COMPLAINT.
VISITED SITE. PROPER SIGNS ARE ON THE DOOR. EMPLOYEES DO HAVE MASKS ON AT THIS TIME. SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AT THE TIME, TEMIKA JOHNSON. POLICY IS TO GIVE A CUSTOMER A MASK IF THEY DO NOT HAVE ONE ON. STAFF IS REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS. RECOMMENDATIONS: 1. CONTINUE REMINDING EMPLOYEES TO WEAR MASKS PROPERLY. 2. REMIND EMPLOYEES THAT SENIORS FEEL ESPECIALLY AFRAID FOR THEIR SAFETY AT THIS TIME AND DOLLAR GENERAL MAY BE THEIR ONLY FOOD STORE CLOSE TO HOME. |
